These are a great live food for most cold water and tropical fish like Guppy, Swordtail, Platies, Corys, Bristlenose, Angelfish, Goldfish, Minnows, Tetra and aquatic life such as Axolotl, Newt and Frog
I feed the worms some bread ( cut to 2cm size) every week. put them in dark cool area. that's all you need to do, you will get lots lots.
put a glass on top of the soil. then you can get them nice and clean, without soil.
