Fruit Fly Notice: Fruit flies may only live 1–3 weeks, and there is a risk they may die during shipping. Those contain larvae, so even if all the adult flies die, more will hatch out. A jumping spider only needs 2–3 flies per week. You can also leave a banana skin nearby for 2–3 days, and plenty of fruit flies will come to it. Enclosure Design: The front opening is important because jumping spiders and some other insects tend to build their nests on top of the enclosure. If you open from the top, you will break their nest.
